Terms of Service

The rules for using Ficus, the app and the website, whether you collect stamps as a customer or run a loyalty programme as a business.

Last updated 27 September 2026

Free during the beta

Ficus is currently free. We will give notice before introducing any fee.

Businesses own their rewards

Each business sets its own offers and is the one responsible for honouring them.

Fair play only

Fake scans, shared codes and other tricks can get an account suspended.

01

The service

Ficus lets businesses run a digital loyalty programme and lets their customers collect rewards by scanning a QR code. Ficus is run by Samuel Adorni, Italy. By creating an account or using the app or the website you accept these terms.

Ficus is in public beta and is currently free. Features may change, and we will give notice before introducing any fee.

02

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your credentials safe and tell us at support@astrall.app if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

03

Businesses

Businesses decide their own rewards and offers and are solely responsible for honouring them. Ficus is not a party to the relationship between a business and its customers. Businesses must use customer information only to run their loyalty programme and in line with applicable data protection law.

You keep all rights to the names, logos and content you upload, and you allow us to show them in the service to run it.

04

Fair use

Do not create fake scans or redemptions, share QR codes to obtain rewards you are not entitled to, bypass limits, disrupt the service, access other people's data or reverse engineer the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

05

Ending

You can stop using Ficus and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may stop the service, giving reasonable notice when possible.

06

Liability

Ficus is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost rewards or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

07

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
