Scan the Leaf
Open the app, tap Scan and point the camera at the Leaf QR code at the counter.

Getting started
Download Ficus from the App Store and sign in with Apple, Google or your email. If you sign up with email, open the confirmation link we send you before logging in.
Places that use Ficus have a Leaf at the counter: a QR code with the Ficus logo. Scan it on each visit to collect progress toward that place's rewards.

Scans and rewards
- “You've already scanned this recently”: each place decides how often a Leaf can be scanned. Try again on your next visit.
- “Redeem it before scanning again”: you already have an unlocked reward from that Leaf. Redeem it in the Offers tab, then keep collecting.
- The camera doesn't start: allow camera access in Settings > Ficus on your iPhone.
- A reward or offer disappeared: the place may have changed or withdrawn it. Rewards and offers are set by each business, so ask them at the counter.

For businesses
Create your business, Leaves, rewards, offers and campaigns from the dashboard on this website. Invite your staff from the Team page: they sign in to the Ficus app with their own account and the app opens as a scanning terminal.
To redeem a reward, staff scan the customer's offer QR code or type the code shown under it. If a scan fails, the app says why: already redeemed, expired, or belonging to another business.

Your account
- Change your name or password: Profile in the app.
- Forgot your password: write to support@astrall.app from the address you signed up with and we will send you a reset link.
- Delete your account: Profile > Delete account. Your data is removed right away. If you are the only owner of a business, the business and its data are deleted too.

Privacy
Ficus has no ads and no tracking. The camera is only used to read QR codes. Read the full Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
