Fidelity Customer Stamp
Ficus is loyalty for independent cafés and shops. Put a QR code on the counter, and your customers collect visits and unlock offers from their phone. You set the rules and see who comes back, all from one dashboard.
Free during the beta · No hardware, just a printed code
How it works
01
A Leaf is a QR code with rules attached: how many visits earn a reward, how often it can be scanned, when it expires. Print it and put it by the till.
02
With the Ficus app a scan takes a second. Every visit is checked before it counts, so the rules hold even when someone gets creative.

03
When a reward unlocks it appears in the customer's app as a QR. Staff scan it from the dashboard, and it lands in your numbers straight away.
The dashboard
Who your regulars are, who hasn't been in for a while, which offers bring people back. It's all there, and none of it needs a spreadsheet.
Offers that unlock after a number of visits, or plain check-ins that just count. Each one has its own rules and its own QR.

Any laptop or phone with a camera becomes a redemption point. No camera? Type the code.
A visit only counts when it really happens, a reward can only be redeemed once, and each business only ever sees its own customers.
For your customers
Behind Ficus
Ficus is a beta, designed and built end to end by one person: the iPhone app, the dashboard and everything in between. I started it to sharpen my craft on a product with real moving parts, not a tutorial.
It could have been another to-do app for the portfolio. I'd rather build something a real café could put on its counter tomorrow morning: stamps that live in a phone instead of a wallet, offers that reach the people who actually come back, and numbers that show whether any of it works.
Because it's a beta, expect a few rough edges, and please tell me when you hit one. Bugs, ideas, or a shop that wants to try it for real: support@astrall.app.

Live demo
Leave your email and get a café owner's account and a regular customer's account, already halfway through a story. The logins show up here and in your inbox. After two hours both are wiped, so feel free to break things.
Open the dashboard
Go to Leaves and open the QR of “Free espresso”.
Scan it as Alex
Sign into the app with the customer account and scan it. 5 of 6 becomes a reward.
Redeem it
Show the reward in the app and scan it from the dashboard’s Scanner.
What you get
Luna Café, a business account
Four Leaves, nine customers, a month of scans, one live campaign.
Alex, one of its regulars
One scan away from a free espresso, with a pastry waiting to be redeemed.
